3. Receive repaired device: On quotation approval, we proceed with repair. The device is delivered back to you, only post extensive QC.

1. Visit our office: Our location is easily available on Google Maps . Preferably call ahead to inform you’re coming.
2. Consult with our Advisor: Our staff is trained to lend a patient ear, understand your issue and make sure you have clarity on the repair process etc.
3. Walk-out with a smile: MOST spare parts are readily available in inventory, so we can usually deliver the fastest TAT. Water damaged & motherboard issues take longer.

Do you provide doorstep service for MacBook charger repair?
Sorry, we do not have an option of doorstep / on-site service for charger repair. You can visit our office yourself, or consider using a hyperlocal delivery service (Dunzo, Swiggy etc).
Post repair, will my MacBook charging adapter be good as new?
Functionally yes. However, there might be minor cosmetic damage along the sides of the adapter brick post repair. The reason is that, these adapters aren't designed to be opened for repair, and we have to force it open using specialized tools.
Do I get a warranty with the charger repair?
Yes, we provide a 3 months' warranty with MacBook charger repair.
How much time will it take for my MacBook charger repair?
It typically takes 2-3 hours to repair a MacBook charger. However, in some tricky cases it may take longer - up to 5-6 hours.
Is there a limitation pertaining to which models of chargers are repairable?
Yes, only Magsafe and Magsafe 2 adapters are repairable. USB-C type chargers, which come with the newer models of MacBooks are usually not repairable.
The cable of my MacBook charging adapter is torn, and it's not working any more. Is it repairable?
Yes. Barring exceptions, most Magsafe charging adapters with a cut/torn cable are repairable.
