2. Get diagnosis & quotation: Once we receive the device, we diagnose it thoroughly. Then share the diagnosis and a repair cost estimate with you via call or email.
 
3. Receive repaired device: On quotation approval, we proceed with repair. The device is delivered back to you, only post extensive QC.

My iPad's screen is broken, can it be replaced? If yes, how much will it cost?

iPad screen damage is a very common issue. Yes the screen can be replaced. Cost depends completely on which model of iPad you own.

I am not sure exactly which model of iPad I own. How do I figure out?

Model number of your iPad would be written at the back of the device at the bottom. You'd find "Model" written in tiny letters, followed by the model number. It is always "A" followed by four digits.

Do you have a pickup and delivery service for iPad repair?

Yes we do have pickup and delivery service at a nominal cost for iPad repair service.

What are the payment modes?
